SUVARNA Fibrotech, one of the finest small scale industries from Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune area of Maharashtra (India), is holding a contest “Kaun Banega MP.” Under this contest, participants will have to identify four possible winners from Pune district. The winner will get a cash prize of Rs 5,000 and a trophy at the hands of Shri P I Varghese, chairman and managing director of Suvarna Fibrotech. There will be five prize winners.

The winners will be chosen by draw of lots. The names of all the winners, even if they don’t win the lucky prize, will be published on the portal. It will be available worldwide. 


The contest is open to one and all. Be it ordinary citizens, rich citizens, politicians, teachers, school students, college students, engineers, doctors, journalists, chartered accountants, lawyers, carpenters, housewives, architects, nurses, painters, promoters, creditors, debtors, bank professionals, IT professionals in Pune, Bengluru, Hyderabad, Chenna and elsewhere. Anyone and everyone and from anywhere in the country and even abroad. There is no age bar too.

Participants should name the possible winners in Pune, Baramati, Shirur and Maval Lok Sabha constituencies. Some of the candidates are Shivajirao Adhalrao-Patil, Supriya Sule, Shrirang Barne, Kanchan Kul, Girish Bapat, Amol Kolhe, Mohan Joshi. There are also several candidates. 

The last date for receipt of the entries are by 5 pm on May 22. The winners will be announced on May 24 and prizes will be distributed on May 25 at the hands of Shri Varghese, who is a social activist to the core besides being a industrialist. Suvarna Fibrotech is among the leading small scale industry in Pune. It has three branches in the country and also supplies material to defence units. Even during the height of recession in India, this firm was doing roaring business primarily because of the leadership provided by Shri Varghese.


“The aim of this contest is to spread awareness about our parliamentary form of government. And how important it is vote and select the right representatives. A few months later, assembly elections are due. We hope this contest will create political awareness among the citizens,” said Shri Varghese
