Karnataka: The state government on Friday transferred three Indian Police Service (IPS) officers.

Sri. Kamal Pant, IPS (KN:1990), Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Bengaluru is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Additional Director General of Police & Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru City vice Sri Bhaskar Rao IPS transferred.


Sri. Bhaskar Rao, IPS (KN: 1990) Additional Director General of Police & Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru City is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Additional Director General of Police, Internal Security Division, Bengaluru in the post falling vacant due to promotion of Sri P.S. Sandhu, IPS.


Sri. B. Dayananda, IPS (KN:1994), Additional Director General of Police, Criminal Investigation Department & Economic Offences, Bengaluru is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence Bengaluru vice Sri. Kamal Pant, IPS transferred.
