Sanatan Sanstha was honored with the award ‘Hindutva ke Aadharstambh.’

Dehradun – ‘Vedshastra Research and Foundation’ extended honors to distinguished individuals and organizations for their dedicated contributions in the realms of culture, society, and Hinduism across the nation. At the ceremony, Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshyari, former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and former Governor of Maharashtra, presented the ‘Hindutva ke Aadharstambh’ (Pillars of Hindutva) award to the Sanatan Sanstha. The esteemed dharmapracharak, Shri. Abhay Vartak, accepted the award on behalf of Sanatan Sanstha. The felicitation event took place at the auditorium of the Department of Culture, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Dr. Vaidehi Tamhan, the President of ‘Vedshastra Research and Foundation, expertly coordinated the entire program, which included the distribution of the ‘Devbhumi Ratna Award’ and the ‘Pillar of Hindutva’ awards.

During the award acceptance, Shri. Abhay Vartak expressed gratitude to ‘Vedshastra Research and Foundation’ and its President, Dr. Vaidehi Tamhan, on behalf of Sanatan Sanstha. He highlighted that Sanatan Sanstha is unique in its commitment to in-depth spiritual research under the guidance of revered saints. Satchidananda Parabrahma Dr. Jayant Athawale, the founder of Sanatan Sanstha, has authored over 364 books in 13 languages, covering various aspects of spirituality. Shri. Vartak encouraged everyone to visit Sanatan’s ashram to benefit from the profound spiritual research conducted there.

In his remarks about ‘Vedshastra Research and Foundation’ and its President, Dr. Vaidehi Tamhan, Dr. Bhagat Singh Koshyari acknowledged the organization’s commendable work in recognizing and honoring distinguished individuals in the realms of social, cultural, and Hinduism across various states in India. He praised the extensive research conducted by the foundation in selecting worthy dignitaries for recognition. Dr. Koshyari emphasized the importance of institutions like Vedshastra Research and Foundation, highlighting the need for more such institutes that focus on imparting knowledge about the Vedas.

During the ceremony, prominent figures such as Dr. Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Shri Satpal Maharaj, Shri. Tirath Singh Rawat, Shri Hari Chaitanya Puri Maharaj, and Dr. Umakananda Saraswati Maharaj, along with the Rashtriya Margadarshak of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle, were in attendance. Notable awardees included Shri Satpal Maharaj, Shri. Chandi Prasad Bhat, Swami Dineshanand Bharti, Madhu Bhat, Kusum Khandwal, Urmi Negi, I.A.S. Dr. Ashish Chauhan, Colonel D.S. Bartwal, Dr. Yashveer Singh, and Lt. Gen. Jayveer Singh Negi, who were honored with the ‘Devbhumi Ratna Award’. Additionally, Swami Shri Hari Chaitanya Maharaj with Sanatan Sanstha, BJP MP Shri. Gopal Shetty, Shri. Golande Maharaj, Shri. Udbod Maharaj Paithankar, Shri. Atul Jeswani, Shri. Pradosh Chavanke, Geeta Press, and Kurmagram Ashram received the ‘Hindutva Ke Aadharstambh’ (Pillars of Hindutva) award, stated Chetan Rajhans, spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha.
