Pune: At an intimate ceremony held in the city today, MD, Kumar Properties R-Habitats, Rajas Jain, unveiled the book Vimal Kumar Jain – The Legacy of Pune’s Real Estate Pioneer by the hands of Satish Magar, National President CREDAI. The book is Rajas’ heartfelt tribute to his father and great visionary Vimal Kumar Jain, who has played a pivotal role in the growth of Pune’s real estate sector. He was one of the founding members of CREDAI, The Indian Express reported on Sunday.
The book unveiling was held in the presence of the well-known dignitaries such as Satish Magar, National President CREDAI, Shantilal Kataria, VP, CREDAI Maharashtra, and Sonal Modi, Regional Head, HDFC, besides Rajas Jain and his wife Dr Prismi Jain.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajas Jain said, “My father was a living embodiment of daring to dream through hard work and courage. He created a legacy through his relentless work and in the journey nurtured great friendships and ever-lasting relationships with his friends and colleagues who remember him for his simplicity, emphasis on merit, and kindness.”
This book is a memorabilia that has been beautifully penned by author Dushyant Sewak. Rajas Jain further shared, “It reminisces my father’s unforgettable bonding with his friends, close associates, and colleagues who have lovingly shared their personal experiences with him which inspired them. With this book, we want to inspire more people and create a positive impact on society and the newer generations of entrepreneurs.”

It’s free of cost for anyone who wants to download, read, and get inspired. “Our endeavor is to keep adding more chapters to the book by inviting stories of more and more people who have been inspired by my father-in-law,” Dr Prismi Jain said during the unveiling.
While unveiling the book, Satish Magar shared on an emotional note that he considered Vimal Kumar Jain as one of his greatest mentors. “Today is one of the most memorable days of my life. I feel extremely proud to unveil the book on Late Shri Vimal Kumar Jain. He has done phenomenal work for the real estate fraternity and we all miss him dearly. I am sure reading this book will inspire many as he has inspired all of us,” he said.
