Now, Hyundai to invest Rs 7000 crore in Talegaon area of Pune 

Pune: Pune has lot to cheer. After Japan’s Mitsubishi which has decided to invest Rs 500 crore in Talegaon area of Pune district, Hyundai Motor India, the South Korean based firm, is set to Rs 7000 crore in Talegaon.

Makin the announcement Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis tweeted. ”It was a great pleasure to meet Kim Unsoo, MD and CEO of Hyundai Motor India (HMI) along with Executive Director J.W Ryu and HMI senior officials.

They apprised me on HMI’s ₹𝟕𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞.”

Fadnavis said they (company officials) also sought advice and assistance on various aspects. ” I assured them on behalf of our government of full support to ensure smooth implementation,” he said.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐢 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐮 where they have been investing and doing business successfully for more than 25 years, Fadnavis said.

”They are visiting Davos later next week to sign a MOU with the Governmemt of Maharashtra.
